LAS VEGAS!
Another Poker on the scene but this time it is even crazier than the Unibet TV show. Everest Poker invited me to the 2010 WSOP in Vegas to play for them as a sponsored player. I always dropped my phone when I heard it. I was taken to the biggest Poker event on earth and they paid for everything. I was entering on the 1000$ buy in tournament with over 8000 players. I played on the “A” day and unfortunately the blinds got me and had to say good-bye to the tournament. Pros say that the structure of this particular event is pretty hard on the players because the starting stack is not too much and the blinds go up in no time. I fought for about 5 hours though.
I have been to Vegas before as a youngster with my family but all we did obviously was sightseeing. This time it was much different. Me over 21 in Vegas…. I went in to clubs with out a problem, could buy drinks and played poker of course! I loved it!
The trip was also shot on film and was showed in National Tv.
The Poker Story
It has been almost a year ago that a good friend of mine ( Papp Gergo Famous media person) called me on the phone and all he said was “All In”) I had no idea what he was about to say with that but it turned out that he invited me to play on the Unibet Poker tournament which was showed on TV by the way. I was really happy but disappointed at the same time. Why? Because it loved the idea that I would be on TV playing poker but I didn’t know how to play poker at all. A really good Poker player named Huzi taught me the game for like 3 weeks so I at least I don’t make a fool of myself on TV. Long Story short I ended up winning my table and got in to the finals. I was so excited and overwhelmed that I went all in with an A 10 that I thought was a strong hand back than and ended up loosing against a A K. I enjoyed playing and I love poker ever since!
